Early Life & Education
The First Steps
Siddharth began his professional journey with the Oberoi Group of Hotels, at the world-renowned Rajvilas property in Jaipur, where he worked as a Front Office Assistant and later as a Supervisor.
Those early years shaped his understanding of what it truly means to deliver quality and consistency; qualities that would later define his business philosophy.
Eager to explore the global hospitality landscape, Siddharth Mahajan moved to London and worked with leading hotels such as Amba Hotel Marble Arch as a Guest Relations Manager, and later at Canary Wharf as Operations Manager.
His experiences in London’s fast-paced hospitality scene helped him understand the evolving needs of guests, especially working professionals and international travellers looking for flexibility, comfort, and a sense of belonging.
Exploring Opportunities Abroad
The Birth of Tulip Real Estate
Drawing from his years of experience, Sidd Mahajan identified a gap in the market, people wanted more than just accommodation; they wanted a place that felt like home. This insight led to the creation of Tulip Real Estate, a company that reimagined urban living through shared and serviced spaces.
Starting with just a few personal properties, Siddharth transformed them into Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs), modern shared homes designed for comfort, convenience, and community. The model quickly gained traction, and Tulip Real Estate expanded to manage dozens of properties across London.
Under Siddharth’s leadership, Tulip grew into a reputed name in the property and hospitality space, recognised for bringing a hospitality-driven approach to real estate.
For Siddharth Mahajan, success is not just about numbers, it’s also about purpose and end goals. He believes that education gives you direction, but conviction keeps you moving forward.
Through Tulip Real Estate, he continues to explore new ways to bring hospitality and real estate together, creating spaces that are not only functional but emotionally fulfilling. His goal is to redefine modern urban living by combining comfort and a sense of community in every property.
Today, Siddharth Mahajan London stands as an example of determination and reinvention, a hotelier-turned-entrepreneur whose journey reminds us that success is built not just on ideas, but on the courage to keep going.
